"Brent found us the house of our dreams. Wait, scratch that: we didn't even know we could dream of a house as amazing as the house that Brent helped us find. But let's start at the beginning. We found Brent through a web search for Seattle real estate professionals when we were researching our move to Seattle. His website was great (always a good sign), so we gave him a call and told him what we were looking for. Brent emailed us listings that matched our criteria, and we made an appointment to meet him in person and look at a couple of the homes. "Brent is everything one looks for in an agent. He helped us buy our home after months of looking. He knew exactly what we wanted and needed, probably before we even did, to be honest! "My wife and I had an absolutely excellent experience selling our house with Brent and would highly recommend him to anyone. We decided rather abruptly to sell our home on Alki Beach and move to San Francisco. With our first consultation, Brent understood our goals of a very quick sale and expending a minimal amount of time and money as the sellers. Brent secured two offers on our house in the very first week, and we closed just 6 weeks after meeting him! In that first week, Brent helped us to stage our house with fantastic skill - which of our furniture and decorations should be stored, which should remain, what additional decoration we should buy, and what decoration he could provide for staging.
